1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for users of LogoForge ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our Service, you agree to comply with this policy. This policy is designed to ensure a safe, legal, and productive environment for all users.

2. Prohibited Content Categories

You may NOT use LogoForge to generate, create, or assist in creating any of the following:

2.1 CSAM and Child Safety Violations (Zero Tolerance)

Any content depicting, exploiting, or endangering minors. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
  • Content sexualizing minors in any way
  • Content depicting minors in inappropriate, violent, or exploitative situations
  • Generated images that appear to depict children in adult contexts

Zero Tolerance Policy: LogoForge maintains absolute zero tolerance for CSAM and any content endangering children. Any such content will be immediately reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities. Accounts found in violation will be terminated immediately without refund, and we will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

2.2 Hate Speech and Discrimination

Content that promotes, encourages, or facilitates hate speech, discrimination, or violence against any group based on:

  • Race, ethnicity, or national origin
  • Religion
  • Gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation
  • Disability or health condition
  • Any other protected characteristic under applicable law

2.3 Violence and Weapons

Content that:

  • Promotes, glorifies, or incites violence or terrorism
  • Depicts, promotes, or facilitates real-world harm to individuals, animals, or property
  • Promotes the creation or use of weapons for violent purposes
  • Contains instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or harmful devices

2.4 Adult and Sexual Content

Content that is:

  • Pornographic, sexually explicit, or erotic in nature
  • Promoting sexual services, prostitution, or escort services
  • Containing nudity or sexually suggestive content
  • Depicting or promoting sexual exploitation of any kind

2.5 Fraud, Scams, and Misleading Content

Content that:

  • Creates phishing or fraud-related materials
  • Promotes investment scams, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent business opportunities
  • Generates deceptive logos for impersonation or misrepresentation
  • Creates materials intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead users or consumers
  • Deepfakes or AI-synthesized content intended to impersonate real individuals

2.6 Illegal Goods and Services

Content related to:

  • Illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances
  • Illegal weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials
  • Human trafficking, slavery, or forced labor
  • Any other illegal goods or services under applicable law

3. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use LogoForge to:

  • Generate Illegal Content: Create logos, brand assets, or content that violates any law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Infringe Intellectual Property: Generate logos that copy, reproduce, or are substantially similar to existing trademarks, copyrights, or patents
  • Misleading Content: Create logos that could deceive, fraud, or mislead users or consumers
  • Harmful Content: Generate content that could cause harm to individuals, animals, or property
  • Spam or Scams: Use the service to create assets for spam, phishing, or scam operations
  • Harassment: Create content intended to harass, threaten, or intimidate individuals
  • Child Safety Violations: Upload photos of minors or generate any content depicting, exploiting, or endangering children

4. AI-Specific Prohibitions

Given the AI-powered nature of our Service, you also agree not to:

  • Use the Service's input, output, model responses, or any derivative data to train, fine-tune, benchmark, perform knowledge distillation, or otherwise develop any AI or machine learning model that directly or indirectly competes with the Service or LogoForge products
  • Large-scale systematic scraping, extraction, or collection of model outputs for any purpose other than your personal authorized use
  • Use AI-generated content to impersonate human professionals (such as licensed doctors, lawyers, or financial advisors) in contexts where it could cause harm
  • Generate deepfake content, including AI-synthesized audio, video, or images impersonating real individuals or intended to mislead viewers about their source or authenticity

5. Trademark and Copyright Guidelines

When generating logos, you must:

  • Ensure the brand name you provide does not infringe on existing trademarks
  • Verify that generated designs do not closely resemble existing logos
  • Conduct your own trademark search before commercial use
  • Understand that AI-generated logos may have similarity to existing works

LogoForge is not responsible for trademark disputes arising from your use of generated logos.

6. Automated Use

You may NOT:

  • Use automated tools to access the Service without prior written permission
  • Scrap, harvest, or extract content from LogoForge beyond your own generated assets
  • Resell or redistribute API access to third parties
  • Exceed rate limits as specified in your subscription plan

7. Security

You must:

  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Not attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Report any security vulnerabilities you discover
  • Not attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures

8. Content Moderation System

LogoForge employs a multi-layered content moderation system to enforce this policy:

  • Input Filtering: User prompts are analyzed before processing to detect potential policy violations
  • Output Filtering: Generated content is reviewed for compliance before delivery
  • Human Review:flagged content undergoes human review by our moderation team
  • Reporting System: Users can report violations through our reporting channels
  • Logging and Monitoring: All generation requests are logged for audit and investigation purposes

We reserve the right to refuse, filter, or modify any content that violates this policy, regardless of whether it falls within the explicit prohibited categories listed above.

9. Enforcement Measures

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Content Removal: Immediate removal of violating content from our systems and platforms
  • First Violation: Written warning and required removal of violating content
  • Second Violation: Service suspension (up to 30 days)
  • Severe or Repeated Violations: Account termination without refund
  • Legal Action: Pursuit of civil or criminal remedies where applicable
  • Law Enforcement Referral: For violations involving child safety, CSAM, or other criminal activity

In cases involving CSAM, child safety violations, or other serious crimes, we will immediately terminate the account, preserve all relevant evidence, and report to NCMEC and law enforcement authorities without prior notice to the user.

10. Reporting Violations

To report violations of this policy:

Include the following in your report:

  • Description of the violation
  • Evidence (links, images, etc.)
  • Your contact information (if reporting as affected party)

Response Time Commitment

  • General Reports: We commit to reviewing all reports within 48 hours and will take appropriate action
  • Child Safety Reports (Urgent): We will respond within 24 hours and report to authorities as required by law
  • Emergency: For immediate threats to child safety, contact local law enforcement first, then notify us

11. Policy Updates

We may update this AUP at any time to reflect changes in our Service, technology, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via email to affected users at least 15 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
