All payments for AI logo generation credit packs are processed through Waffo Pancake, our Merchant of Record and payment processor. This policy outlines how refunds are handled for LogoForge credit pack purchases.
2. Refund Eligibility
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund available within 30 days of initial purchase for first-time buyers
- Billing Errors: Full refund for duplicate charges or incorrect amounts
- Service Interruption: Credit or extension for verified extended service interruptions (over 72 hours) caused by us
- After Eligibility Period: No refunds are provided. You may manage your account and unused credits at any time.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Used credits (whether partially or fully consumed)
- Refund requests after 30 days from purchase
- Accounts closed due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- We will review your request within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
6. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge through your bank or credit card company:
- Your account may be suspended pending resolution
- We may terminate your account if the chargeback is upheld
- You may be responsible for any fees associated with the chargeback
7. Account Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation stops future billing but does not result in a refund for the current period or unused credits.
Refund returns money for eligible purchases.
